This time we are especially with a very satisfying kebab where both meat, vegetables and kashar cheese are together. This kebab is cooked slowly before it is tencered. Materials
350 grams beef meat
1 sweet spoon tomato paste
1 medium size potato
1 unit onion
2 medium size tomato
1 large size charlestone pepper
3 teeth garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 dish spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon scaly pepper
For: 100 grams shredded cheese
How is it done?
Peel the potatoes' shells and chop them into tiny cubes. In the same way as the onion, remove the pepper cores and chop them in medium thickness. Grind the skin of the garlic peel. Grate the tomatoes. Take butter and olive oil into a medium sized cooker. Then add the beef meat on top. Start frying beautifully. Then add onions, garlic and then potatoes on top. Mix. Finally, add tomato paste, pepper and grated tomatoes and leave to cook well. At this stage you can add as much water as 1/3 cup of water. After the meats are cooked and the vegetables are soft, add the salt and spices and remove them from the heat and let them rest for a while in the room temperature. After resting for 5-10 minutes, take a mortar. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees until the cheese is melted. Take it out and serve hot hot.
